How to Claim a Listing

Claiming your listing gives you access to keep your service details up to date, to maximise your exposure.

Find your provider listing

  1. Go to https://www.kismet.healthcare/providers
  2. Search for your company by name, ABN or registered email

  3. Find your company and select 'Update this listing'

    1. If you can't find it, send us an email at help@kismet.healthcare

  4. If you have previously used Kismet, you may already have an account with us. Try following the steps to login instead. See 'How to log in to Kismet'
  5. Otherwise, fill out the required details under 'Create Account' and click 'Create Account'. See more on 'How to create an account'

Claim the listing
  1. For security reasons, you will need access to the email registered against the listing. If you run into issues, email us at help@kismet.healthcare
    1. If you do have access, select 'I do' and an email will be sent to the listed address

    2. If you don't have access, select 'I don't' and then email us at help@kismet.healthcare

  2. Open the email inbox listed and find the code sent from us. Enter it and click 'Complete Claim'

Manage multiple provider listings
You can now manage all your provider listings easily in one spot
  1. Click the menu button on the top right and select 'Manage Providers'
  2. Select a provider from the list
