How to update a Customer

Learn how to update a Customer profile in Navigator including contact details and alerts

Keeping a customer's profile up to date will help you ensure you always have the right information at hand. 

How to update a Customer

  1. In the left menu bar, select 'Customers'
  2. Find the customer you would like to update and click to view their profile
  3. On the left sidebar, scroll down to the bottom.
  4. Select 'Edit Information'


  5. Once on the 'Edit Customer' screen, edit any information you would like to update
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right side, click 'Save Customer'
