Learn how to update a Customer profile in Navigator including contact details and alerts
Keeping a customer's profile up to date will help you ensure you always have the right information at hand.
How to update a Customer
- In the left menu bar, select 'Customers'
- Find the customer you would like to update and click to view their profile
- On the left sidebar, scroll down to the bottom.
- Select 'Edit Information'
- Once on the 'Edit Customer' screen, edit any information you would like to update
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and on the right side, click 'Save Customer'
- Note: f you are unable to save your changes, its worth double checking if all the required fields marked with * have been completed
