Learn how you can access the shortlist of verified providers that match enquiries you submit to our team
Once you have submitted your enquiry, the Kismet team will utilise our Marketplace to source the most suitable providers for you.
- Once the shortlist is completed you will receive an email notification with a link to view your shortlist. Follow the link to access a breakdown of the suggested providers and their contact details.
- If you have the app installed, you will be directed to the app
- Otherwise, you will be taken to the website
- Alternatively, navigate to Kismet.healthcare
- Click on your name in the top right corner. If you cant see it, then you will need to log in first
- Then select ‘Inbox’ from the drop down menu.
- Click on the enquiry to open up the matched providers and their details.
- With each provider, you will receive a:
- Company Name
- Provider Notes
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Website Link
- Referral Form (if shared by the provider)
- Review the shortlist with your participant and decide on who you book in with!
NOTE: Kismet isn’t involved in the booking, service agreement or invoicing so you handle that in your normal fashion. - Once you connect with a service provider through a shortlist, please send a quick email to the Kismet team to notify us of who you have proceeded with. This allows us to update our system and confirm the connection between your participant and the provider!
