FAQ Kismet Password You don’t need to create a Kismet password. When logging in, we’ll send you a One Time Password (OTP) that you can enter to confirm access to your profile. Your account will stay logged in for two weeks at a time and the two-week period will reset every time you return to the website. Sometimes My Links Don’t Work You must be logged in on your browser to follow any links that are sent to your email from the Kismet team. If you click the link and you get an error message or it doesn’t seem to update – no problem! Just log into your Support Coordinator profile and return to click the link. |
