How to access the Navigator Sandbox

Guide to help new Navigator users to access sandbox environment for testing

A sandbox environment provides a safe space for testing Navigator prior to using it in the live environment. 

Note: You will not be able to access the staging environment until a Kismet team member sets you up with staging login. If you are unsure, please confirm with management or Kismet team member.


How to log in to sandbox environment

  1. Go to https://staging.kismet.healthcare/login  
  2. Type your registered work email address 
  3. Click Login 
  4. Open your work Inbox and copy the code sent from 
  5. Enter the code 
  6. You’re in! 

ℹ️ Sandbox environment tips

  • Forward any invoices you'd like to add to Navigator to your assigned staging email. If you are unsure what this is, please check with a Kismet team member.
  • Rest assured that sending emails from the sandbox environment will not send any emails to external recipients. 
  • Test out the invoice processing with some trickier invoices you typically encounter to see how they will process automatically.  
  • Find a client profile and add in their funding/plan details. This is a good way to get used to adding in plan details to a customer.
