Guide to help new Navigator users to access sandbox environment for testing
A sandbox environment provides a safe space for testing Navigator prior to using it in the live environment.
Note: You will not be able to access the staging environment until a Kismet team member sets you up with staging login. If you are unsure, please confirm with management or Kismet team member.
How to log in to sandbox environment
- Go to https://staging.kismet.healthcare/login
- Type your registered work email address
- Click Login
- Open your work Inbox and copy the code sent from
- Enter the code
- You’re in!
ℹ️ Sandbox environment tips
- Forward any invoices you'd like to add to Navigator to your assigned staging email. If you are unsure what this is, please check with a Kismet team member.
- Rest assured that sending emails from the sandbox environment will not send any emails to external recipients.
- Test out the invoice processing with some trickier invoices you typically encounter to see how they will process automatically.
- Find a client profile and add in their funding/plan details. This is a good way to get used to adding in plan details to a customer.
